Creek Clean Up

It’s not always easy or straight forward! This incident presented very unique challenges for our team. We were called to assist with a spill in a creek on a business’ property. This was an asphalt sealant that made it into the creek. The fire department did a great job in containing the initial spill before our arrival. With our advanced techniques we were able to go from black water to clear drinkable water.

The challenges were access, machine limitations and protected area limitations. Our Team was in close communication with the product manufacturer as the product didn’t act as it should in water and separated. This was a large incident that took an extended period of time but was able to be resolved.
